Ingredients :
- 20 gr Mint Leaves
- 1 pc Green Bullet Chilli
- 250 gr Plain Yoghurt
- Salt & Pepper -> To Taste
Method :
- Put mint leaves & chilli in the blender and blended.
- Whisk the blended mint leaves & chilli with plain yoghurt, salt & pepper.
Note:
- You can blend all the together in blender and the color of your MINT YOGHURT SAUCE is GREEN ....
- Indian People use this sauce to eat their appetizers. (I ate my vegetable samosas with this sauce... sorry no pic for the vegetable samosas)
