1 kg Grated Cassava
½ pc Grated Coconut (I used dried Coconut +/- 150 grams)
1 tsp Salt
1 Small Bowl Tempe Bungkil/Oncom
4 pcs Red Onions – Chopped (I used ½ pc Onion)
2 pcs Garlic – Crushed
1 pc Galingale (They don’t use it on the original Recipe)
Red Chilli -> To taste – Optional
3 pcs Shallots – Chopped
3 pcs parsley – Chopped (I didn't use any parsley)
Salt, Pepper, Sweet Soya Sauce, Sugar (Subtitute of MSG)
Fry Onion and garlic until aroma comes off and colour changes to brown.
Add all of the rest of filling ingredients.
Cook for a while ‘til everything are cooked.
Mix grated cassava with grated coconut and salt.
Take the mixture about a Ping-Pong ball, flatted and fill with filling.
Shape to an oval and Deep fried in hot oil ‘til golden color.
