PEMPEK


Hemm.. kemarin nge-defrost ikan fillet.. ada 4 potong.. 2 potong dimasak ama si John.. and 2 potong lagi dah aq bilang ama si John simpan buat aq... belum tau mau dibikin apa.. eh..tau2 tadi pagi inget ama "Pempek".. aq pikir bikin pempek aje ah.. pas kemarin balik indo khan gak puas makan pempeknya :( ..

and kalo disini itu kalo makan pempek.. harus pergi ke eastern suburb.. jauh boh... and mana dah gak gitu enak lagi sekarang rasanya.. so pikir dari pada harus travel jauh2 ke eastern suburb and rasanya gak memuaskan..meningan bikin sendiri dech.. lebih mantap boh..

Pas baru selesai direbus and aq goreng beberapa... buat nyobain dulu..he..he. biasa koki didapur itu harus nyobain dulu seblum makanan disediain ke depan..he..he.. makanya bagaimana gak gemuk nich... Eh.. si Raphaelle masuk ke dapur... bilang mami.. I want to eat the fish cake.. then I answered her.. sorry darling.. tunggu dulu yach.. masih panas.. ... Okay.. mami.. dy bilang..

So sambil nungguin dingin aq ambil dech camera.. buat moto and mau di pamerin biar bikin semuanya ngiler..he..he.. eh.. belum selesai.. si Raphaelle balik lagi.. Mommy, is the fish cake cold now?.. I said.. yeap.. Mami potongin dulu yach.. then I gave to her.. and bilang.. bagi2 ama si Joelle okay... she said yes, mommy.. gut girl..

Not long after that she came again with her empty plate.. Mommy.. can I have some more please?.. okay.. I said.. and long after that her sister came too with her empty plate too.. and ask some more too.. :D

See.. It is a proof that my pempek is surely delicious.. so yummy :))




RESEP ASLI diambil dari MAJALAH SEDAP


PEMPEK KAPAL SELAM


Bahan Pempek

250 gram daging tenggiri, haluskan ....(aq pake fillet ikan hoki)
300 gram tepung sagu
4 1/2 sdt garam .... (aq pake cuma 4 tsp)
1 1/2 sdt gula pasir
1/2 sdt penyedap rasa ...(aq gak pake msg.. tapi pake vegetta)
20 gram tepung terigu protein sedang
200 ml air
1 siung bawang putih, parut
50 gram tepung sagu untuk taburan

Bahan Isi (Aduk Rata)

2 butir telur, kocok lepas
1/4 tsp garam

Bahan Saus Cuko

500 gram gula merah, sisir halus
2,250 ml air
190 gram asam jawa
1 1/2 sdt garam

Bumbu Halus

6 bh cabai rawit hijau
1 1/2 sdm tongcai
11 siung bawang putih, haluskan

Bahan Pelengkap

50 gram ebi kering, sangrai, haluskan
2 buah (200 gram) Ketimun, buang bijinya, potong kotak
600 gram mi kuning

CARA MEMBUAT


  1. Pempek, rebus tepung terigu, air and bawang putih sambil diaduk sampai ketal. Angkat.

  2. Tuang ke atas daging tenggiri. Uleni ratat. Masukkan garam, gula pasir and penyedap rasa. Banting2 sampai kalis

  3. Tambahkan tepung sagu. Aduk rata

  4. Lumuri tangan dengan tepung sagu. Ambil sedikit adonan. Pipihkan. Bentuk kantung. Isi dengan kocokan telur. Tutup rapat.

  5. Rebus air sampai mendidih. Masukkan pempek. Masak sampai matang. Angkat and tiriskan.

  6. Goreng dalam minyak yg sudah dipanaskan dengan api sedang sampai kekuningan.

  7. Saus Cuko, rebus gula merah dan air sampai larut. Saring. Tambahkan bumbu halus, asam jawa, and garam. Masak sampai matang.

  8. Sajikan pempek dengan saus cuko dan pelengkap.



NOTE :

Karena aq gak bikin kapal selam.. so.. caranya aq pake yg gampang aje.. masukin semua bahan pempek jadi satu.. ++ 1 butir telur.. tapi ati2 pada saat masukin air.... jangan dimasukin semuanya dulu.. dikit2.. biar gak kebanyakan and jadi lembek.. :))

AND

karena malas bikin "SAUS CUKO" aq pake "SAUS TAUCO"

GARAM .... (ati2 jangan kebanyakan soalnya tauco itu dah asin... kalo dah berasa cukup asin.. gak usah pake garam juga gpp)
LEMON / VINEGAR .... (aq pake LEMON)

Melon Pudding

The recipe of this melon pudding I got from Rita Ritsell..Thanks Rita ...^_^...

The original recipe is Chocolate Pudding.. Since I don't have some ingredients to make Chocolate Pudding.. so I thought..hemm.. why don't I try to make pudding from this recipe with all ingredients which ones I have.. Melon... I love melon too.. so Let's try and see what will happen..

and the result was so delicious.. and cute...

Here is the recipe.. try it by yourself.. it's so gut.. :)) .. btw some of ingredients you need to buy @ Indonesian's grocery shop.. Some of Chinese shop sell them too.. so just looking.. may you get lucky.. he..he..

I try to translate it to you.. 'cos she sent it in Indonesian..he..he..

Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients :

1 pc Swallow Jelly,
1 pc Nutrijel - Chocolate Flavour,
250 ml + 2 tbsp sugar
500 ml Fresh Milk (You can swap it around.. 750ml Milk .. 500ml Water)
750 ml Water
50-100 gr dark cooking Chocolate (If you use 70% dark cooking Chocolate..50gr is enough)
1 tsp Coffee powder (optional)

2 egg yolks (lightly beaten with a bit of milk and sugar .. just take them from the top)

Method:

  1. Cook all ingredients except yolk mixture.. stir it with whisker.. so it's easier.. :)


  2. When almost boiling.. turn off the stove and stir in the yolk mixture.... just keep stir it with whisker... til boiling..


  3. then put in the mold...

Coklat Pudding

1 bks agar2
1 bungkus nutrijel rasa coklat beli di indo grocer tuh, bukan nutrisari,
bungkusnya kayak agar warnanya biru ma coklat
250 ml + 2 tbs sugar (aku takar pakek cangkir takaran biar cepet)
500 ml susu segar (pura, kadang di balik, susu 750 air 500 ml)
750 ml air
50-100 gr dark cooking coklat tergantung adnya coklat apa, klo pas punya 70%
coklat ya 50 gr sazah
1 tsp nescafe klo mau
2 kuning telur kocok dengan sedikit susu dan gula (ambil dari yg diatas tuh)

masaknya semua dicampur dipanci, kecuali telur,
masak sambil diaduk pakek whisker

klo sudah keliatan mo mendidih, matikan kompor masukkan kocokan telur
aduk aduk, didihkan lagi, sambil terus diaduk pakek wisker sampe mendidih
angkat cetak sudah hehe..
