2 weeks ago.. the weather was so wet... too wet.. We had so much rains for the whole week... and On the Sunday 27 Dec 2011, we planned to celebrate Raphaelle's 5th b'day on the Peter Depena Partk, Dolls Point... There was no back up plan for that party.. 'cos our house is not enough to fit all the friends... OH JESUS please helps us...

@Pre-School.. the weather was wet outside.. but Raphelle had a great fun with her friends @ pre-school... Her friends love the cupcakes.. so yummy ^_^

I told Raphaelle on the way go to her pre-school..

Mommy : "Raphaelle, you knew that you will celebrate your b'day this sunday.. but we have too much rains now.. and you know that JESUS answers prays.."

Raphaelle: "Yes mommy, JESUS is powerful and HE answers our prays"

Mommy: "So Raphaelle, you need to start pray tonight (Thursday).. You need ask JESUS to give you a beautiful weather for your b'day party, so you can play and celebrate your party.. You need to do by yourself.. 'cos it's your needs.. We can just support you (put our faiths) on your pray... if you don't pray and ask JESUS.. may be we can't celebrate your b'day.

Raphaelle :"Yes mommy, i will pray"..

Til now I never hear GOD's Voice that why I can't said that GOD Talked to me.. but HE SPEAKS to us thru a lot of things for example this story..

Sometimes we pray..pray.. pray and pray... but we don't get anything.. does it mean that JESUS didn't hear us or answer us? I don't think so.. so what happen if we don't get anything... ANGRY?? BLAME GOD for everything?? ..

Sometimes Raphaelle prays for something and she doesn't get anything.. She asked me why JESUS didn't answer my pray??? hemmmmmmmmmmmm.. it's hard question and 'cos sometimes i ask it to myself..he..he.. but I need to answer her.... I told her that We can't push ourselves to HIM.. maybe it's not good for you or HE IS SOMETHING ELSE FOR YOU.... or It's not your turn/time yet so wait for your turn..

Most of the time my answers to my girls are the answers for myself.. he..he..

When I listened to Raphaelle's pray for her b'day party.. She reminded me again which what GOD said on the bible..

I love EGGS! and want to share a recipe which you can try it @ your home.. so easy and simple.. but DONT HESITATE TO CALL US IF YOU NEED A CATERING or CAKES.. WE CAN GIVE YOU A GOOD OFFER!

CHICKEN, TOFU AND EGG RENDANG

Ingredients:

1 whole chicken or 6-8 drumsticks

8 pcs tofus

6 Eggs

1 - 2 Cans Coconut milk or Cream

Red Chillies (I don’t put, ‘cos my girls can’t eat hot food)

1 stalk Lemongrass & 2-3 pcs bay leaves

5 cloves Garlic & 1 Onion

1 tsp tumeric

1 tsp galangal powder

Salt to taste

a bit of sugar (optional)

Method:

1. Peel the eggs & fried them then put a side

3. Fried the crushed garlic and onion and spices til aromatic and add the chickens and cooked til the chicken change c.olor

4. Stir in coconut milk. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to low.

5. Return eggs and tofu to wok or pot.

6. Cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is tender.

7. Just enjoy it!

Early of August, my youngest angel was turning 3 years... It’s not just exciting time for her... but for us as a family...

I always excites when the time is coming to celebrate our household’s b’day... I love it.. plan n search some ideas for the cake.. I love to bake and decorate the cake.. It just make me “HAPPY and BLESSED”...

To bake n decorate the cake for some special.. it’s so good... I just like to show her/him that i love them... and show other people too about it.. why it’s so special for me... ‘cos the cake which one i make for my darling is joining their interests, loves, hobby n etc with my skills n hobby..

1st time when I asked JESUS to bless me with baking n decorating cake talent, I told HIM that I’m so grateful and thankful ‘cos HE has blessed me with wonderful husband and children.. they are my blessing n reward from GOD.. LORD JESUS, please help me to learn how to bake and decorate the cake.. Please give me the talent.. Let me to be a blessing to my love ones... Rengginang adalah salah satu makanan kesukaanku.. Dulu pas tinggal di Indo, mama sering banget dech beli aku rengginang.. karena rumah deket pasar... jadi tiap kali aq mau tinggal pergi aje kepasar and beli..

But ketika tinggal di Sydney.. huhuhu.. gak ada yg jual.. tiap kali mau makan rengginang sampe2 kebawa mimpi.. abis susah boh.. gak ada yg jual and gak bisa bikin.. so pas mama or papa datang ke Sydney.. dibawain dech.. beberapa kantong.. pokok dipantek mati.. gak ada yg boleh megang or makan.. AWAS.. he..he..

Dan rengginang ini sekarang jadi suatu memory yg indah buat aku.. karena pas terakhir mama datang ke Sydney beberapa bulan sebelum mama meninggal dia bawain rengginang kesukaanku.. Dia bilang sekarang susah cari rengginang dipasar.. gak kayak dulu... makanya dia bela2in.. tanya sana sini bagaimana cara bikin rengginang.. so mama bikin rengginang sebelum mama datang ke Sydney.. ternyata gak cukup..he..he. rakus amat yach... btw harap maklum aje dech soalnya pas saat itu dah bulannya aku ngelahirin anak pertamaku Raphaelle.. tinggal tunggu harinya.. makanya mama datang ke Sydney khusus buat aku.. Yippeee...

So karena gak cukup.. mama bilang yach udah bikin aje disini.. mama bikinin and sekalian ajarin kamu.. see bagaimana gak jadi memory yg manis buat aku tiap aku makan rengginang.. and saat ini pun disaat aku ngetik ini... jadi ingat lagi dech.. huhuhu.. mama and aku duduk dimeja.. sambil ngebentuk rengginang.. huhuhu.. I miss my mama.. Mama, I miss you so much.. huhuhuhu...

Aku yakin bukan aku doank khan yg doyan rengginang and tinggal jauh dari Indonesia.. makanya ini resepnya yg aku dapat dari Majalah sedap...btw mamaku punya sich lebih ringkes.. very easy..

RENGGINANG

Bahan :

500gr beras ketan (dicuci bersih, rendam 1 jam)
2 1/2 sendok teh garam -> aku kurangin soalnya gak suka asin
1 sendok teh gula pasir
150 ml air

Bumbu Halus : -> kalo menurut resep mama gak pake ginian.. mama bilang kalo mau gurih yach pake terasi sedikit & penyedap rasa dech... Tapi kalo pake terasi.. warna rengginang jadi rasa gelap pas digorengnya.. so pake dikit aje..

3 butir bawang merah
2 siung bawang putih
1 buah cabai merah
1 sendok teh ketumbar
1 sendok teh terasi

Cara Membuat :

Kukus ketan 15 menit
Aduk rata bumbu halus, garam, gula pasir and ketan
Panaskan air, Masukkan ketan kukus. Aduk sampe terserap
Kukus lagi 30 menit sampai matang
Bentuk bulat masing2 25 gram ditampah
Tusuk2 dengan garpu sampe melebar. Jemur Kering
Goreng dengan minyak yang sudah dipanaskan...

Kata PAKAR SEDAP :
Membentuk Rengginang tidak boleh terlalu dipadatkan supaya rengginang bisa mengembang bagus ketika digoreng.

Kalo cara membuatnya si mama gampang banget.. ketan dimasak pake rice cooker kayak masak nasi.... terus di bentuk dech... cara membentuknya terserah yang penting jangan dipadatkan or tekan keras.. seperti kata pakar sedap..

Hemmm.. I love "Tape Singkong" .... Ingat khan Note-ku yg kemarin tentang "Tapai Singkong".. 1 kgs tape.. buanyaak boh..so bikin bolu tape deh...and cupcakes ... dah lama juga neh gak makan bolu tape... cari2 resep and buka2 contekan.. akhirnya ketemu juga.. Yiiiippppeeee...

Bolu tape ini enak.. lembut and so moist... Resep asli "Majalah Sedap" ...

CAKE TAPE DENGAN BUAH KERING ~~ by Resep Sedap Pemula

Bahan :

180 gram margarin

160 gram gula pasir halus

4 butir telur

175 gram tepung terigu protein sedang

15 gram susu bubuk

1/2 sendok teh baking powder

200 gram tape singkong

100 ml susu cair

150 gram buah kering (*** aku gak pake***)

Cara Membuat :

Kocok margarin & gula pasir halus hingga lembut. Masukkan telur satu persatu sambil dikocok.
Masukkan tepung terigu, Susu Bubuk, and baking powder sambil diayak and diaduk rata.
Aduk tape and susu lalu tuang ke dalam adonan.
Tambahkan buah kering, aduk rata.
Tuang adonan ke dalam loyang loaf.
Oven 40 menit dengan suhu 180 derajat celsius...

Cobain sendiri dech.. Gampang and enak loch.. luv it...

YIPPPPEEEE... Akhirnya berhasil juga..he..he.. Beberapa tahun yl pernah nyobain tapi gagal :( ... diresepnya itu dibilang kukus singkong setengah matang.. what?? what does it look like?? confusing... gak tau setengah matang itu kayak apa yach...he.he.. ahhhhh.. Nekat aje dech.. akhirnya gagal tuch.. kayaknya singkongnya gak matang kali.. abis gak tau setengah matang itu kayak apa...

Pas 2 taun yg lalu or tahun kemarin itu.. diajarin ama Khu2 and cici sepupu.. bagaimana sich bikinnya.. ternyata gampang.. mereka bilang rebus singkongnya itu sampe matang.. kalo setengah matang itu gak bakalan jadi.. mereka juga bingung kalo setengah matang itu kayak apa yach..he..he..

Aq paling doyan dech ama "Tape Singkong"... karena mama tau itu makanan kesukaanku.. makanya dy dulu sering beliin buat aq... and pas sampe di Sydney gak pernah makan lagi.. abis gak pernah ketemu sich.. sangking kangennya makanya nekat aje dech cobain bikin sendiri.. walaupun gagal pantang menyerah.. terus cobain...

Cooked prawns, Roasted beef, Roasted Chicken, Roasted Turkey, Roasted Veggies, Beef Ravioli w/ white sauce, Lamb curry, rice, Chilled Fishes, Seafood Salad, Coleslaw & Greek Salad.

WOW, He prepared them for me.
